Do you work with brands outside these categories?
No. We only work with supplement and wellness, beauty and skincare, and food
and beverage brands, including subscription brands in those categories. That
focus is how we already know their ad policies, claim rules and reorder
economics.
How much do your services cost?
Every engagement is scoped to the brand: which services you need, how many
channels we run and how much creative you need. We share pricing in a written
proposal after the strategy call, so you know exactly what's included before
anything starts.
Is there a minimum ad spend?
We don't publish a hard minimum. Paid media needs enough budget to test
creative and audiences properly, so we'll look at your numbers on the call and
tell you honestly whether to start with paid, or with retention and conversion
first.
How long are your contracts?
We start with an initial term long enough to audit, build and test properly.
After that, it's month-to-month.
How quickly can we get started?
Once the proposal is signed, onboarding and the audit happen in the first 30
days, with quick wins shipped along the way.
Your first 90 days shows the full timeline.
Can we hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can start with a single discipline, such as paid media or email and
SMS, and add more later. Strategy and reporting stay connected either way.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Ad accounts, pixels, email and SMS lists, creative files and data stay
in your name, and we work in them with your permission. If we ever part ways,
everything stays with you.
Which platforms do you work with?
Meta, TikTok, Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube) and
Pinterest for paid media; Klaviyo, Postscript and Attentive for email and SMS;
Recharge and Skio for subscriptions; and Shopify and Shopify Plus for your
store.
How do you handle ad rules for supplements and skincare?
We build creative and landing pages with ad-platform health and
personal-attribute policies, and FTC and FDA claim rules, in mind from the
start. Final approval of product
claims stays with you and your legal or regulatory advisors.
